Privacy & data handling.

Last updated June 2026.

This is a simple one-page site. The only personal information it collects is what you choose to send me through the contact form — and it is treated with the same care I would give a note you handed me in person.

What is collected

When you submit the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, the option you selected for what you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else is required, and the site does not run advertising or analytics trackers. The page does load its typefaces from Google Fonts, which, as part of serving those fonts, may receive your browser's IP address.

Where it goes

The form delivers your message to me by email through Resend, an email delivery service. It is not stored in a separate database on this site; it arrives in my inbox like any other email and stays there as ordinary correspondence.

Who has access

Only me. No one else at Present Practice reads it; there is no one else at Present Practice. I do not sell or share what you send.

How long it is kept, and removal

I keep your message as long as it is useful for our correspondence. If you would like it deleted, reply to any email I have sent you, or write to matt@presentpractice.co, and I will remove it.

A note on scope

Present Practice services are educational and consultative in nature. They are not therapy, clinical supervision, legal advice, or HIPAA compliance certification, and using this site or contacting me does not create a clinical or therapeutic relationship. Please keep client names, dates, locations, and anything else that could identify a person out of what you send.

If you have a question or a request

Write to matt@presentpractice.co. I read those directly.
